HOW THE VOUCHER WORKS > YOU CHOOSE THE DATE, THEN BOOK LATER

The gift voucher is issued (given as a gift) without a pre-established date and time slot. The recipient - no later than 180 days from the date of receipt - which corresponds to the date of purchase, can convert the voucher into a booking on our online system, via a link attached in the email received.
Attention: The gift voucher DOES NOT include the shuttle service! Since the recipient has 6 months to convert the voucher into a booking, this service may not be active on the chosen day. Therefore not combinable.
The shuttle (only if active and with availability of seats on the chosen date) can be booked at the ticket office on site at a cost of €5.-

ACCESS LIMITATIONS AND MAIN RULES TO BE COMPLIED WITH

Adults or children with a height equal to or less than 130 cm are not suitable to wear the safety harness. If you have recklessly purchased the ticket, all you have to do is check your eligibility on site. The ticket is not refundable;
If you show up wearing unsuitable footwear you will be denied access to the facility. If you return to Sellano on foot, you will have to face a path in a wooded area;
Minors must be accompanied exclusively by one of their parents;
Adverse weather conditions may lead us to temporarily close the facility, even without notice. This does not generate the right to a refund.
Flight with drones: throughout the municipal territory of Sellano it is not permitted to carry out UAS operations unless previously authorized in writing. Any violations will be prosecuted.
Before accessing the system, secure all objects in a backpack or in pockets that can be closed with a button or zip. You must avoid the accidental fall of objects, such as your telephone or other items.
Access to the facility with babies or animals in tow is prohibited, even if they have a special backpack.
Consider carefully if you are pregnant, as the harness could cause excessive compression of the abdomen.
Access is not recommended if: you cannot suffer strong emotions, if you are subject to epileptic seizures, if you suffer from dizziness and are afraid of emptiness and if you are pregnant;
